China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd, (stock code: 601881.SH, 06881.HK, hereinafter refers to as “the Company”) is a leading integrated financial services provider in the PRC securities industry. The Company provides comprehensive securities services, including brokerage, sales and trading as well as investment banking and investment management.
With the approval from China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Company was jointly established by China Galaxy Financial Holdings Limited, the major promoter, and four other domestic investors on January 26, 2007. The Company listed H shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on May 22, 2013, the placing of H Shares was completed in May 2015, and on January 23, 2017, the Company listed A shares on the SSE. China Galaxy Financial Holdings Limited is the controlling shareholder and Central Huijin Investment Limited is the actual controller of the Company. The Company is headquartered in Beijing, with a registered capital of RMB10,137 million. As at June 30, 2017, there were 8,966 employees in the Company.
The Company has five subsidiaries: Galaxy Innovation Capital Management Company Limited, China Galaxy International Financial Holdings Limited, Galaxy Futures Company Limited, Galaxy Jinhui Securities Asset Management Company Limited and Galaxy Yuanhui Investment Company Limited.
The aim of the Company is to develop securities business under the state laws and regulations, guidelines and policies as well as international practices.
